AA Conference for Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals & Transgender People and Their  Supporters

September 5th, 6th  & 7th  2008

Sober, Strong and Free is a three day conference featuring a unique collection of speakers, meetings, workshops, and activities designed to carry the message of recovery, based on the 12 steps of AA, to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community.  The conference is open to all people.

This weekend conference is an annual event offering 12 step members a forum of meetings, educational workshops, social activities and fellowship.  Our aim is to continue to develop, both individually and as groups, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, utilizing the 12 steps as a design for living.

Our roundup has always provided full meals as part of the roundup experience in order to aid in the development of community over the weekend.

The Sober, Strong and Free roundup structures its activities within the twelve traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous providing an open, fun filled, safe environment within which we grow in our journey of recovery.

This Year's Keynote Speakers are:

Heather H. of Minneapolis Minnesota

Jason S. of Seattle Washington
